Terms of service
§ 1 General Provisions
All deliveries and services provided by Bushdoctor GmbH, including those within the scope of the online shop www.bushdoctor.at, are carried out exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC), which the customer accepts by placing an order. General terms and conditions of the contractual partner shall apply, if the partner is a business entity, only if confirmed in writing by Bushdoctor GmbH.
§ 2 Prices
All prices listed on this website and in our price lists are stated in euros and include the statutory Austrian VAT of 10%/13%/20%, but exclude any applicable shipping costs.
Errors and changes reserved.
For shipping, the prices valid at the time of the order shall always apply.
§ 3 Orders
An incoming order from the customer is regarded as an offer for shipment. Bushdoctor GmbH reserves the right to decline delivery without providing reasons.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that he/she is at least 18 years old.
§ 4 Legal Situation
By placing an order, the customer declares that he/she is aware of the relevant legal situation. If the customer violates any laws valid in his/her country, he/she acknowledges that Bushdoctor GmbH assumes no responsibility for this.
§ 5 Delivery
Delivery usually takes place within approximately 3 working days after receipt of the order, provided the ordered items are in stock. The stated delivery time of 3 days within Austria and 7 days abroad is not guaranteed. Bushdoctor GmbH does not accept liability for delays that are beyond its control.
Delivery is made in neutral packaging, with particular care for breakage safety. Unless otherwise stated, the customer bears the costs for postal or parcel shipping, any additional fees (cash on delivery fee), as well as any applicable customs duties.
§ 6 Payment Terms
Payment is made by cash on delivery, advance payment or credit card. For orders with a total value of 500 euros or more, the cash on delivery payment option is not available.
The goods remain the property of Bushdoctor GmbH until full payment has been received. Until this time, the customer must ensure that the items are handled in a way that prevents any reduction in value.
§ 7 Damage Claims / Warranty
The customer must note that Bushdoctor GmbH cannot provide a warranty for plants ordered during hot summer days or cold winter days, as extreme temperatures can affect the health and quality of the plants and Bushdoctor GmbH has no control over ambient temperatures during transport.
The risk passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the commissioned postal or transport company.
Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to check the parcel for transport damage. If the parcel is damaged, acceptance should be refused. Bushdoctor GmbH assumes no liability for damage caused by the transport company.
The customer must check the goods immediately after opening for defects. Obvious defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt, hidden defects within 14 days. After these deadlines, the warranty claim for these defects expires. Minor deviations from the manufacturer's specifications or from those stated in the online shop www.bushdoctor.at are reserved, as long as they do not affect functionality.
For technical devices, a warranty period of 6 months from the invoice date applies.
No warranty can be assumed for live products such as beneficial insects during shipping.
§ 8 Right of Withdrawal
According to the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), the customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase of unused or unopened goods within 14 days of receipt, provided the withdrawal is declared in writing. This right of withdrawal in this form applies only to the online shop.

The purchase price will be refunded, provided the value of the goods has not been reduced.

§ 10 Registered Trademarks
The logos and brands of the companies represented on our website as well as their product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of the respective companies.
All product descriptions and photos originate — unless otherwise stated — directly from the manufacturers, their wholesalers or Bushdoctor GmbH. Any images, logos and text may not be used without written permission.
§ 11 Voucher Codes
Please note the following points to ensure that the redemption of our codes runs smoothly:
Limited validity period: Our vouchers are usually valid only within a specific period. Please always check the validity period before using a voucher.
Not applicable to discounted goods: Please note that our vouchers only apply to goods that are not already discounted. This means wholesale customers who already benefit from special discounts are excluded from using the voucher codes.
Only for registered and logged-in customers: The redemption of our voucher codes is available exclusively to our registered and logged-in customers. The customer must ensure that he/she is logged into their account in order to successfully use a voucher.
One-time use for certain codes: Some of our voucher codes may only be used once.
Correct spelling: It is essential that the voucher codes are entered correctly, paying attention to upper and lower case, correct spacing, or whether they must be written together.
